静岡県焼津市の名店『成生(なるせ)』で約8年修業を積んだ 中村友紀(なかむら ともき)シェフ が、2023年5月2日に独立してオープンした完全予約制の天ぷら専門店です。
『成生』譲りの確かな技術と地元・駿河湾の素材を活かす感性を融合した独自のスタイルで、オープン以来高い注目を集めています。
2025年には 食べログ「天ぷら百名店」選出・Bronze受賞、2026年には Silver受賞 するなど、その実力は全国的にも評価されています。
駿河湾の上質な魚介は地元の名物鮮魚店「サスエ前田魚店」から仕入れ、地場野菜もふんだんに使うなど、素材の鮮度・質へのこだわりが随所に感じられます。

〜感想を少し〜
特に美味しかったのはヒラメの造り、鰆、アオリイカ、筍、鯵、人参、ブロッコリー、安納芋でした。
衣は軽く音もなくほどけるタイプで、サスエ前田魚店さんの魚はもちろん、野菜まで素材の良さを活かした美味しい天麩羅でした。
接客も素晴らしかったです。
