2024年4月。
チャンギ空港での 19時間トランジットを利用して
ランチで『Les Amis』さんに行ってきました♪
月曜定休日のレストランが多い中、こちらは月曜の
ランチ営業もあったため数ヶ月前に予約。
午前中に世界遺産のシンガポール植物園を観光して
12時からの予約で入店。テーブル席へ
ランチなんで、3プレートのコースでいいかな〜と
考えていたのですが、やっぱり後悔したくないので
4プレートのコースをチョイス。

今回は↓の4皿をチョイス。
◯Green asparagus with crunchy aromates
served alongside sauce Marinière & caviar
◯Delicate and airy sea urchin cream
with velvety fennel sauce
◯Spring lamb rack from Aveyron with colourful
combination of bell peppers & natural jus
◯Warm strawberry souffle, a touch of
sweet wine & rhubarb ice cream

ジェラート、小菓子&紅茶、お土産が付きます。

アミューズのミニパスタのキャビアの盛りっぷりも
かなりテンション↑でしたが、一皿目のアスパラに
添えられたキャビアもドーン。どのパンも美味しい
し、メインのアヴェロン産仔羊の背肉もメチャうま。
ワインは控えめにする予定でしたが、結局フトゥー
に飲んでしまってましたw
料理の魅せ方も上手いし、接客もフレンドリーかつ
丁寧で、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました♪
お土産の焼き菓子も美味しかった〜
