2016年12月オープンのシンガポール初となるうなぎ専門店。本格的な鰻の蒲焼を使ったひつまぶしにありつけると地元シンガポール人から駐在まで幅広い層に支持される人気店。
生け簀では愛知県三河一色産(訪問時)が泳ぎ、ガラス張りのオープンキッチンでは炭火の焼き台なども見ることもできるというライブ感満載な演出。
メニューは、ひつまぶし、かば焼き、しら焼き、うなぎの一品料理など。
ひつまぶしは蒲焼の量の違いで、重ね(Double Layer)、特上(1.5)、並の3商品と限定もあり。
卓上には、山椒、一味唐辛子、うなぎのたれ、甘だれ、スパイシーソースが備え付け。

Unagi Don with spice and dashi
うなぎ、お吸い物、つけもの、だし、薬味(生ワサビ・万能ネギ・刻みのり)のセット。
ひつまぶしの蒲焼は、名古屋風で腹開きの鰻。皮目はパリッと香ばしく、身も焦げめが香ばしくていい香り。焼き方は割と攻めの姿勢ながら、くちどけがよくて脂の甘さも楽しめる。
ごはんは山形県産の「つや姫」。ふっくら粒立ちがよく、タレがまぶされていておいしい。
一膳目は、そのまま鰻丼として。
二膳目は、ワサビやネギの薬味を添えて。
三膳目は、かつお出汁をかけてうな茶に。
最後は、お好みの食べ方で楽しむのがひつまぶしのスタイル。
香ばしく脂ののった蒲焼とおいしいごはんで、シンプルにそのまま鰻丼として食べるのがおすすめ。
きも焼き/Kimoyaki・$10.80++
数量限定。三河一色産の活鰻を捌いているからこそメニューにできる肝焼き。濃厚で甘くほろ苦い肝。おいしい。
シンガポールでこのクォリティのうなぎが食べられるのはありがたい限り。
