永樂市場にも近い、廸化街(ディーホアジエ)東隣の路地。
古くからの、趣深い建物で営業する、魚丸(ユーワン)で有名な「佳興魚丸店」さん。
朝の賑わいも一段落した頃を見計らって、午前中のうちにお伺いしてみます。
店頭に設えられた簡単な調理場で、お店のお母さんたちが、ご自慢の魚丸や貢丸を温めて、麺を戻し、湯がいて。
まずは、魚丸湯(TWD50)を啜っていかなくちゃ、話にならない。
あっさりしたスープは、豚骨ベースに調味料かな?
香菜のふわり効いた、お馴染みの旨さです。
此処の魚丸、はんぺんのコシを少し強くしたような味わい。
中からは、しっとりしたそぼろの餡が。
このままおでん種にしても良さそう。
台湾人も、おでん(關東煮)は大好きですから。
乾麺(ガンミェン)35元。
魚丸湯を啜りながら、肉燥と香菜をのせた麺を。
台湾食堂ではお馴染みの旨さ。
魚丸湯とセットで頼むにはもってこいですね。
あと、此処で是非頼んでみたいのが、肉羹や魷魚羹などのつみれ団子。
もちろん、魚丸と一緒にスープ仕立てにしてくれます。
廸化街界隈では、恐らく知らぬ人はいないであろう、佳興魚丸店さん。
60年老店というから、日本統治が終わってまだ間もない頃からのご商売です。
たっぷり袋詰めにされた魚丸も売られていて、内用や外帯というだけでなく、食材としての魚丸を販売するお店として、信用と存在感が窺えますね。
