お昼ごはんの時間帯も終わって、まだまだ日の高い午後のひととき。
お昼に賑わった食堂も、暫しアイドルタイム。
お店の皆さんはひと休みしながら、仕込みをしたり片付けたり。
廸化街(ディーホワジェ)・永樂(ヨンラー)市場南側の、食堂が連なる一角の老舗「金仙魚丸店」さん。
こんなアイドルタイムでも、店内にはお客さんがちらほら。
店頭には、台湾食堂お決まりの魯肉(ルーロー)をとろ火で仕込む大鍋。
一緒に滷蛋(ルーダン)や滷豆腐(ルートーフ)も煮えています。
蝦仁捲(TWD40)
プリプリの食感が見事に残った蝦を、蝦のすり身で包み、湯葉で包み揚げに。
台南の安平(アンピン)で食べたことがあるけど、こっちの方がウマイかも?
魯肉飯(TWD20)
脂とコラーゲンがたっぷりの、皮目の残った三枚肉を細かな角切りにして、大鍋で醤油煮に。
八角の効いた風味は、もはや台湾小吃の代名詞。
此処のもかなりウマイ!
魚丸湯(TWD35)
そして、スープはつみれ団子。
ふんわりした優しい食感と、あっさりスープは、言うことなし。
ちゃんと一通り味わって、お代はたったのTWD95。
お腹がそんなに空いていなくても、廸化街に行くとついつい立ち寄ってしまう。
台湾の旅は、胃袋がいくつあっても足りませんね。
