料理をコースでお願いした時は、割烹料理店のよう・・
女将さんに飲食の全てをお願いした時は、料亭のよう・・
料理の注文の仕方ひとつで、満足度も多いに変わると思います。
最高の満足度を味わいたいのなら、やはり景色の良いカウンター席に座り、
女将さんに料理をお任せるするのが、最善策でしょう。
ただ、この日は、家族と一緒だったので、
自分の意見は通さず、家族の意見を優先しましたケド・・(^_^;)

素晴らしいお店を発見してしまいました(^^♪
こんなお店、秋田にもあったんですね(^^)
このお店を紹介してくれた、岩手出身の彼とは、ずっと前から一緒に飲みたいと思っていたんです。
今回、たまたま、タイミングがあって、彼のオススメするお店で
5月生まれの彼の誕生会を兼ねた食事会をしようということになりました(^^)
いつも、FBで冗談みたいな投稿ばかりしている彼ですが、
食事をするお店のことに関しては、素晴らしい嗅覚を持っており、全幅の信頼を寄せています。
彼は、非常に人気者で、愛されキャラなひとなのですが、
このお店でも、遺憾なく、その実力を発揮していました(^^)
女将さんとも、かなり仲良しのようです(^^)
女将さんは、非常に気さくな方で、フレンドリーに接して頂けるので、
とても、気持ち良く食事をすることが出来ます(^^)
今回は、私が初めてということもあり、女将さんからオススメして頂いたものを中心に、食べてみました。
一品一品の素材の良さもさることながら、味付けの良さも抜群で、さらに素晴らしい接客を目の当たりにし、
初訪問でありながら、とてもお気に入りの店になりました(^^)
秋田に来られる際は、是非寄っていただきたいお店です(´▽`)
