ゆえに地元の魚市場や畑の作物の状況を見て、

山形は、野菜や果樹はもちろん、
山菜やきのこも豊富
畜産では、ブランド牛である米沢牛が特に有名ですが、
庄内産の羊肉も素晴らしい
ちなみに岡山の名店「acca」でも、
庄内産のサフォーク種の仔羊が使われているとか
肝心の料理は、必要最低限の手間しかかけない
