広い敷地に伊勢神宮のような神聖な雰囲気ある玄関アプローチに、京都の木島設計による数寄屋造りのような木造の建屋が崇高な雰囲気を醸し出している
"成生"の名を知らしめたのは焼津「サスエ前田魚店」前田尚毅さんの存在。「プロフェッショナル 仕事の流儀」で放送されたお二人の関係が面白い
その後は、鎌倉や愛媛などで同じように魚屋と料理人の関係がクローズアップされているが、やはり食材となる魚介類の種類の豊富さと鮮度の良さが肝でしょうね
