2回訪問。
双方ともに貸切で使わせて頂きました。
当時はそこまで予約は難しくなかったのですが、今や予約困難店に。東京から余裕で日帰りで行けますしね(ランチタイムなら)。
駅からはバス、タクシーで行けないアクセス困難度にも関わらずリピーター続出。
完璧主義者かつワンオペの佐藤シェフ。
経歴も元都市銀行の法務部(司法試験合格資格有)→イタリアに留学し店舗をオープンも異色の経歴。
なお、コースの提供に3〜4時間程度かかりますので事前にお含みおきください。
オススメは貸切かつワインペアリングです。
ラスタッラさんの料理にアルコールなしは拷問です(笑)。イタリアワインなので非常にリーズナブル。
「魚」「肉」「野菜」「果物」など生産者に寄り添った日本の食材を最大限に活用。「こんな組み合わせを思いつくの?」という至高の経験を堪能できます。
地方のイタリアンの凄さを教えて頂いたのは、ラスタッラさんの佐藤シェフのおかげです。
シェフ本人は以前から北海道に移住したいとおっしゃっていたので行くなら今です!
また、腰の調子も良くないので個人的に心配してます。
