•四半世紀通うトアウェストの台湾料理店。
•よく冷えプルプルの“白切鶏(蒸し鶏)”。
•タレなのか食感なのか、やはりこの店のものが良い。
•骨入れの壺を出してくれるが、多少の骨なら食べてしまう程の好物なので、ほぼ不要。
•以前は、「ビールのアテに」とサービスで出してくれるに任せていた“鹹蜆(蜆の大蒜醤油漬け)”。
•トゥルトゥル食感で、大蒜と塩気がかなり強い蜆は、ある程度腹に入れた中盤のつまみに適当。
•サービスで出して貰っていたのは勿論有り難かったが、正式メニュー化は大歓迎。
•「“丸玉食堂”が閉まってしもて、無性に“腸詰”が食べたくなって。」と告げると、
「腸の皮の価格高騰で、現在やっていない。」との事。
•「豚肉をどついて叩いて腸に詰めて冷やす」“腸詰”に対して、「どつかず詰めずに揚げた(“腸詰”も揚げているから殆ど同じ)」ものと“紅糟肉(客家式チャーシュー)”を勧めてくれる。
•確かにこの店の“腸詰”同様に甘い味付の厚めのバラ肉。
•“腸詰”よりもスパイスを感じ、「肉桂と八角?」と尋ねると、マスター程は日本語が流暢では無い奥さんが一所懸命に言葉を探しながら「五香粉」と笑顔で教えてくれた。
•気に入ったので土産にする。
•瓶ビールはキリンラガービールの大瓶。
•この後ぶらついていると、先輩に出会い、立ち飲み屋へ行ったが、「座ってゆっくり飲みたいな」と再度“青葉”へ。
