どうしても気になり、このお店に来るためだけに西条まで来ました。結論から言うと大正解。実直そうで物腰柔らかな大将と女将さんに迎えられて、初めてにも拘わらず終始寛いで過ごせました。この感動を表す語彙力がないのですが、優しい味わいに奥行きも感じられます。帆立の真薯、カラスミ、旨かった! 牡蠣棚に根付いたカワハギの肝の脂の乗り! 白甘鯛の蓮根蒸し、万葉牛に秋刀魚の炊き込みご飯、ほんっと旨かった。きちんと説明もしてもらえますし、素晴らしいお店でした。一度は行っておこうと思っていましたが、季節を変えてまた行かねばと思い直しました。ご馳走様でした。
