川越の蔵づくりのメインストリートに近頃開店したお店に招待された。
お手軽なランチコースをいただく。
まずはハウスエールで乾杯。
コエドビールが経営している為にビールは間違いない美味しさだ。
お刺身のサラダに地元の松本醤油をアレンジしたドレッシングを合わせた一品ではじまる。
茶碗蒸しは浅利と生海苔が贅沢に使われている。
ここでビールから川越の地酒の鏡山の燗酒に切り替えた。
胡麻ソースの水餃子は淡い辛みの利かせ方が絶妙だ。
鮮魚のポワレは鮭にバジルクリームを合わせてある。
燗酒が捗る。
メインはサイボクハムから仕入れるゴールデンポークの角煮。これもとても良い。八角の香りが心地よく広がる。
お粥は高菜とシラス干しが良いアクセントになっている。
デザートまでいただいてご馳走様でした。
川越の旧家を改装した穴場のレストランで、これから人気が出てくると思う。
