土曜日の夕暮れです。
浜松です。
昨夜に引き続き、ご一緒するのは裏紀香嬢。急な代打を引き受けてくれて、有難うなのだ。
あっ、どっちだったっけな、元峰不二子嬢だっけ、まっ、どっちでも良いや、アハッ(^◇^)
それはともかく、近々お店を閉じられ、フレンチのシェフを迎えてイノヴェーティブに業態変更。親方の長谷部氏は、新たな食の地平を求めて宮古島に旅立たれます。
なんでも焼肉屋さんを開業されるのだとか。涙に濡れたハンカチを噛みながら、爽やかイケメンの腰にすがりつきたい還暦爺さんですが、宮古島はやはり遠いなぁ、遠い。
それに正直に言うと、暑いところは苦手。だってラッコだもんね、故郷は知床沖だもん、グフッ\(//∇//)\
話が逸れました。本題に戻ります。
昨夜の木挽町での暴飲暴食もなんのその。五時半に浜松駅の新幹線改札で待ち合わせ、暮れなずむ浜松の繁華街をお城方面にノテノテノテ。
六時と九時スタートの二回転営業ですが、ラッコ達は六時の会に参加。他には閉店を惜しむ仕事仲間のカップルが二組、いらっしゃいました。
六時チョイと前に暖簾が下がり、イソイソと入店。カウンターのど真ん中に座り、サッポロの小瓶で渇いた喉を潤します。
さてさてそれでは今夜のコース内容のご紹介。

<まとめ>
この季節、やはり遠州灘の天然虎河豚コースが供されます。炭火で炙る前の巨大白子が目の前に登場。
でっ、デカい\(//∇//)\
聞けば手振りで『このくらいでしたかね』とニコニコ顔の長谷部氏。えっ、それって70cm超えくらいのサイズやん。まるで潜水艦みたいや。
『昔は普通に獲れたのですが、最近は温暖化なのか餌の影響なのか、滅多に揚りません』とのこと。
いやぁ、そのサイズが頬を膨らませると、バスケットボールくらいになんのかな、グフッ。
そんな超巨大天然虎河豚をテッサ、煮凝り、白子炙り、唐揚げ、お鍋で堪能。おまけに鰭酒を四杯ほど痛飲。
いやぁ、こんな虎河豚、初めて。
まさに、真の食べログゴールド!
ああっ、もっと早くから通っていれば良かった。悔恨の念にかられるラッコですが、長谷部親方の宮古島での成功、心より応援しております。
<コース内容>
いずれのお皿にも虎河豚の骨出汁が使われているようです。
取り分け100%虎河豚出汁の茶碗蒸しの透明な味わいには感涙。鰹節だと魚臭が強すぎるのですが、やはり淡白な虎河豚。椎茸の香りとの相乗効果で、アミノ酸が口中で爆発してしまいました。
加えてその唐揚げ。他店のそれより三倍程度の大きさ。ラッコは胸肉をいただきましたが、裏紀香嬢にはカマをご提供。まるでギャートルズの骨付き肉みたい、アハッ\(//∇//)\
