麻布十番です。
今夜はおよそ五か月ぶりのこちら、【鮨 めい乃】さんにお伺いしました。
六本木の信濃屋さんで翌日の食材を購入し、麻布十番大通りをノテノテノテ。
すべり坂を左に折れてスマホを覗いていると、画面を覆う黒い影・・・、それが金曜日の夜もご一緒していた自称、元峰不二子嬢。
『ウッフッフ・・・』
『オッ、アイヤァ・・・、グフッ』
正真正銘のネイティブ・ジャパニーズの二人なのに、もはや言葉は不要。擬音で十分。
そのままエレベータで六階にのぼり、ご一緒する紳士と合流してカウンターにご案内。
三名なので、話しかけやすい角に座ります。

マイクロハーブと鮪の生春巻き、佐島の蛸に特大ボタン海老といった定番に加え、今夜は初めての海鮮テリーヌ。
『つくってみたかったんですぅ~』と、嫋やかに微笑む綿衣さん。
供されたその一皿。イタリアンやフレンチの名店も尻込みしそうな完成度。
ザワザワッ!
旬の夏野菜の色どりが、還暦過ぎの爺さんの食欲を刺激します。
加えて礼文島からの産直バフンウニ、野付の大星小柱に萩の赤ウニ・・・、噴火湾定置のマグロは勿論、やま幸さんからのピンピンのピン。
日本酒も四合近くいただき、〆はブラン・ド・ブランの泡。
グッフゥ、今宵もなんとも素敵な時間を過ごすことが叶いました。
