小雪が舞う夜、憧れの富小路やま岸さんへ。
蟹、虎河豚、月の輪熊を中心に冬の味覚をフルコースで堪能させて頂きました。どの食材も最高級、そして量もたっぷり。蟹は身の繊維は太いしパンパン、河豚の白子や赤貝、クエの大きさにも驚きました。そして当然、その味も言うことがありません‥どのお料理も素晴らしかったのですが、個人的に今宵の一番は月の輪熊と海老芋、昔葱の鍋です。熊肉がこんなに入った鍋は初めてですし、〆の雑炊は蟹のほぐし身が入れ放題で、今日の幸せの全てが詰まっておりました。
大将の山岸さんの笑顔とトーク、人柄も素敵なお店です。
なかなか予約が取れないお店ですが、機会がありましたら季節を変えてまたお伺いしたいです。
