同僚が「ここは美味い!」とイチオシだったので初めて来店だ。
どうしても食べたかったので鶏刺し盛り合わせを注文。やっぱり肝刺が最高に美味い、ただし鶏刺しは基本的にリスクテイクが必要だ。
さあ、次に馬刺が来た。脂が乗っていつつも歯ごたえがあり、後から旨味が追従する。量は多くないが少量で十分満足できる、ぜひニンニクと一緒に食べて欲しい。
メインの焼鳥も旨かった。基本のももはぜひタレなしの塩だけで食べて欲しい。ハートも。
あまり好きではなかったつくねやネギマも旨かった。つくねはふわっとした食感で鶏の味が活きていて調味料の味でごまかしてない良い味だった。
ネギマはスーパーの焼鳥とは雲泥の差だったな。二種類の肉を楽しめる店もなかなか珍しい。
