日本橋蛎殻町 すぎた
念願のお店に訪問。行きたいと思ってから、何年経ったのだろう。
個室のはなれですが大将が握ってくださいました。運ぶのはお弟子さんがメイン。
シャリの塩分は気持ち高めかな?全部が丁寧で、全部が美味しい!
握りはしっかりめ。
特に感動は、ウニの握り。
なんで握れるんだ?!そして美味かった!
その次に新子!新子ってそんな美味しいって思わなかったことが多いけど。美味しい!自分の中のこの日のかなり上位!
すぎた感動的でした!
またいけるチャンスがあれば行きたいな!
