肝心のお寿司は美味しい食べ方で寿司を提供してくれます。型がある、ないというより旨い食べ方で提供するといった感じです。地元産のネタにこだわっています。それだけ氷見という場所は様々な種類の海産物が取れるということです。
醤油や塩をあらかじめ付けて提供してくれます。
シャリは輪郭が分かる炊き方。
この自由で肩にハマらない感じがすごく好き。
ご主人は氷見漁港や漁のことにも博学で色々と教えて頂き、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
