I wanted to eat a local cuisine after climbing a mountain.And I searched it on web.
Oh! There are some cuisines, Especially Hiruzenyakisoba appealed me.
This restaurant is located in suburb area. I think It's better that we go there by your automobile.
There is a Numbered ticket machine in front of the restaurant.So, you need to print your numbered ticket by it. And wait for being called by staffs or register your E-mail address on the site on the ticket. The site can tell you your turn by E-mail or you can confirm your turn on the web page.
There were more than 20 groups in front of me. It took me for about 2hours .
I ordered grilled noodles, flied chicken bowl and flied chicken.
Grilled noodles knocked me with garlic spicy seasoning.
Flied chicken bowl is light and Japanese seasoning like Syouyu and Broth.
Flied chicken is light .But It's a amazing seasoning balance .
山登りの後、郷土料理を食べたくなり、ネットで検索すると、蒜山焼きそばに惹かれてしまった。
この店は郊外にある。車で行った方がよさそうだ。
店の前に整理券の機械があるので、それで整理券を印刷する。その整理券に記載されているサイトでメールアドレスを登録するか、スタッフに呼ばれるのを待つ。順番はメールで教えてくれるし、ウェブページで確認することもできる。
私の前には20組以上のグループがいた。約2時間かかった。
私が注文したのは、焼きそば、唐揚げ丼、単品唐揚げ。
焼きそばはニンニクを効かせたスパイシーな味付けにノ圧倒された。
唐揚げ丼は、しょう油とダシのような日本の味付けであっさりしている。
鶏の唐揚げはあっさりしているが、味付けのバランスが絶妙で素晴らしい。何個でもいけそう！
