土地勘がないのであまり具体的なロケーションは説明できませんが、浅草寺の近くです。
以前から気になっていたのですが、仕事の関係で前もって予約する事が出来なく、当日の午前中にしました、奇跡的に空きがあってよかった。
マイクロビストロと言われるだけあって、カウンターのみ。常連さんや、メディア関係の方がお見えしてまして、新参者の私は少し緊張しておりましたが、シェフがフレンドリーなのですぐに打ち解けました。また、料理に関しても聞いたら隠すことなく説明してくて、かなり好感を持ちました。
ワインも自然派を中心にラインナップされており、料理との相性が抜群でした。
サラダ、ウフマヨ、オムレツ、フリット、パスタをいただきました。麺は有名な浅草開花楼さんのものを使っているそうです。
どのメニューを頼んでも、間違い無いですがサラダ、オムレツとパスタは強くお勧めします。
I'm not familiar with the district. But it is nearby SENSOUZI temple.
Although I have been interested in the restaurant ,I could't book it in advance.because of my job.
I booked it morning the day,I got it hopefully.
Every cuisines was great.but I want to recommend Salad,Omulette,Pasta to you.
There are only counter table and seats.
There many regular customers and media people. so I thought that it was hard situation for us. Whatever the chef was so friendly that we got along with him soon.
And he taught me the trick of his cuisines about what I was impressed.
His line up were natural wines. Those go well with his cuisines.
