京都市内某所の「299」さんへ。
「住所非公開、1日1組限定のフルアテンド焼肉」とかなりハードルの高いお店にも関わらず
今年6月にオープンするや否やすでに年内予約満席になるほど話題沸騰中のお店。

店主はサラリーマン時代から焼肉店で修行をスタートし、
さらに脱サラして精肉店や超有名焼肉店などでも修行した後
弱冠26歳にしてこちらにお店をオープン。
ごく一部の限られたお店にしか卸してもらえない、
東京食肉市場の内臓卸「神谷商店」のホルモンも
京都で唯一取扱うなど、驚愕の仕入れ力。
その神谷商店の牛レバーを使用したレバーパテや
上州和牛サーロインと碓永牛サガリを中心に、全21種の食材を使用した和牛のタルタルなど、
もはや焼肉屋の域を遥かに超越した肉料理の数々。
神谷商店のタン刺しはタンを縦に薄くスライスすることで
タン先からタン元まで食感の違いを楽しめる一品。
紀州備長炭で店主自ら焼き上げる焼肉も
合わせるタレや薬味を部位によって変えるなどさすがの拘り。
かなりハードルを上げて伺いましたが
想像を超える満足度でした。
お店は大阪からもアクセス良好な京都市内某駅から徒歩10分ほどで
1日1組限定、8人まで利用可能。
