旭川遠征オヤジ1人旅、昨日は飛行機欠航で急遽新幹線に飛び乗り3連休初日夜かろうじて見つけたホテルに函館宿泊、本日レンタカーで500キロ走行旭川到着。
さて北の大地の有名店はどんなもんかな?
突き出しはとうもろこしゴールドラッシュのすり流し甘味が力強い。雲丹は朝取れ直送間違いなく美味い。舞茸の土瓶蒸しの味わい濃厚。にしんの握りは甘味とバターの様な濃厚感が舌をうつ。
