八寸は、焼き味噌、湯葉豆腐、板わさ、あん肝、鴨、ねぎ味噌、胡麻豆腐。これらはいつ食べても美味しい。
そして蕎麦がき。
蕎麦がきは美味しい蕎麦やにあるイメージですよね。塩や醤油で味変できるのも○。
3月だったのでふぐも出ました。土瓶蒸し最高。
毛蟹やてっさ、蛍烏賊、桜鯛、本当に一品も美味しい。
天ぷらは大将が揚げてくれます。
車海老や旬の筍、うまいです。
そしてなんといっても蕎麦。
比和、丸岡、椎原、秋保、在来種がとても美味。
いろいろな十割を食せるのもこの店のいいところ。
