ミッドタウン日比谷の7階にあります。
今回はとらふぐのコース。
値ははりますが、人生一のふぐでした。
席は他の席と距離があり、プライベート感も○
デートでも使い勝手よさそう。
箸は1人1人選べる、こういうとこも違うよね。
茶碗蒸し、串揚げ、唐墨と白子、、、感動するほどうまい。
見た目も芸術なてっさ。
柑橘ぽん酢、あん肝ぽん酢の両方で食すからこそ飽きないうまい。
焼き白子は言うまでもなく絶品。
無水てっちりも格別。
死ぬまでには一度は行きたいふぐ料理だこれは。
