観光ホテルの18階に移転した『あま木』さん。
いつもお世話になってます!
こちらは一品から握りまで、全体的に絶品の美味さ。
あま木といえば、日間賀島の蛸、ふぐ!
この日は、新じゃがとともに海苔塩で。
こういう工夫が大事なのよ。
ふぐも安定の美味さ。
タラの芽も、苦味を感じさせない椀ものとなっていて、さすがでした。
握りでは、細魚、赤貝、小肌が超おすすめ。
赤貝のでかいのなんのって笑。
がりもうまい!
車海老もジューシー。
そして鮪。
やま幸さんのものでもここの鮪は超絶品の鮪です。
トロなんて、もうやばい。
それと、あま木さんは量がかなり多いので、大食漢の人も満足すると思います。
最後のたまごやきも、カステラのような、しつこくないお味で美味しい。
さすが、すし匠出身の大将です。
すし匠ばんざい、あま木ばんざい!
