まずは肝の生姜煮。
美味しいですねー。くさみが全くないだけでなく、味付けもしつこくない。
とり貝はもともも嫌いなので、ノーコメント。
すっぽんと餅の茶碗蒸しも、いけます!!
出汁がいいですね。
刺身。
貴重な心臓や精巣、肝なども、新鮮だから食べられる。生姜醤油、あぶら塩が合う!
山椒焼きも、山椒の強さを抑えてくれているので、とても食べやすい。
かんぼし大根の松前漬けは、ピクルスのような感じ。
唐揚げ、タラの芽が軽くて食べやすかったです。
鍋は言わずもがな。
大将自ら取り分けてくれます。
コラーゲンたっぷり、身もしっかり!
雑炊は絶品。
フルーツトマトはとても甘くて、絶品。
