麻布十番にある、天ぷらの名店。
そう簡単に予約は取れません。
まずは八寸から。
八寸
河豚の白子がけ、余市のあん肝、白菜
蟹のきぬた巻(甘酢漬け大根巻)、黄身酢
芹と甘鯛のお浸し
子持ち昆布
唐墨大根
とても美味です。
衣が軽く感じる車海老から始まり、足も塩が合う。
きすはつゆも合います。さくっとしますね。
鰆はやや食感がレア風味、それがハマる人もいるだろうけど、私はちょっと微妙でした。
松葉蟹を蟹味噌をつけて食すのがまずいわけない。
カリカリじゃこサラダもいいタイミングで箸休めになります。いくらでも食べられるね。
シャトーブリアンは名物のようで、こちらもなかなか他では味わえない美味しさでした。
雑煮も出汁が絶品。
いちごゼリーもまた美味。
さすが食べログGOLDと思わせてくれるお店でした。
