以前に行ったとばかり思っていたら初訪問。都内から向かうダイヤ遅れや色々あり遅くなったのに優しく迎えてくれた。やや胃の調子悪かったので初手にお通しの温かい豆腐が沁みる。
その後はひとさら一皿の「美味しいもの」を良いタイミングで出してくれる、印象の薄い皿がない。あとお酒も好きな人がつけてくれてるのが伝わる嬉しさ。なるほど愛されるお店なんだなと、私も愛を深めていきたいぜと思わせる。
当日で運良くだったと思うので次は予約を早めに、そして早い時間からゆっくりと腰を据えたい。
