鯉コース4000円
山形の目的の一つ 鯉‼️
京都では夏の魚といえば
鱧、鮎、鯉
鯉ヘルペスの件以来、出されるお店も激減。
旅の目的地に鯉が食せるならどこまでも。
軽い雨の後、ビールで喉の乾きを癒しつつ。。
自家製おつけもんが当たりです。

抹茶とパンナコッタ~甘煮のたれがけ
鯉を好んで食べるのは元々食文化として残っている地域の人以外は文句しか聞いたことがない。
鯉は臭い、川魚だから嫌い。 まぁ大概の人は食べた経験もなく他人の意見の鵜呑み。
臭い鯉なんか当たったことない。
さて、食事は様々な料理が供され大満足。
京都でも時期には洗いが一部の魚屋で売られているがここまで多くの料理をださはるとこはもはやないのでは⁉️
煮炊き系は地域により味が変わるので味の濃さの中にも個性が。 鯉こくは白味噌に赤味噌を足したものに隠し味としてあの野菜が‼️
非常に参考になります。
全てがお酒とご飯の最高のお供になりついつい日本酒追加。
最後のデザートのパンナコッタにも鯉‼️
これは初めてやったけど、甘いもんを食べない自分にも大当たり 家で作る甘露煮のタレが合うなら是非真似してみたい。
