本日はこちら【鮨 こん藤】へ土曜ランチへ訪問。

✩総評✩
まず29才という若さの大将の料理人としての仕上がり感が半端なかった。
例えて言うなら「人生3周目」かと思う程である。
流暢で温和な接客。
言葉選びも丁寧で接客していない客の会話も聞いており、後にその話題に振る等の芸風は完璧。
私は特にイケメン好きではないので評価は盛っておりません(笑)
シャリ⇒福島の里山のつぶ+つや姫と考えられたブレンドで固すぎず柔らかすぎす好み。
ガリ⇒最近は大好きな角切りとセロリ。
どちらも自家製で「手間がかかるのですが」と言うだけある美味しさ。
寿司のフォルムも好みで、寿司屋ではあまり見かけない八寸も楽しく大将自ら厳選した日本酒も美味しかった。
今回のコースは◎がほとんどでそれ以下はありません。
ランチコースでこのレベルなので夜のコースの評価が高いのは頷けます。
