12:50午後半休(通院)の仕事帰りに入店です。本降り雨でしたが、店前が丁度空きました。ラッキー!3軒先に広い駐車場ありですって。
第2回茨城インドバザールの2店舗目で3時間並んだ際、私の後ろのご夫婦、それも蕎麦好き奥様推奨店ですよ(その節は貴重な情報ありがとうございます♪)。以下をお願いします。が、時間差置きますか?同時ですか?とお聞きされたので、同時でお願いします、と。揚げたて天ぷらのこと、茹で立て蕎麦の冷水締めのこと、などを配慮されているんですね。お気遣いありがとうございます。
・十割そば上天もり(1,900円)
・ニ八そばもり(1,000円)
13:00ニ八そばもり、蕎麦は白くて長くて細いね(1mm程度?)、何もつけずに、塩掛けて、つゆつけて、蕎麦の香りを感じつつ、食します。いやぁ旨い!
13:01十割そば上天ぷもり、蕎麦は若干灰色でこれまた細いね(ニ八蕎麦と同様径か?)、長さは流石にニ八蕎麦より短い。これも何もつけずに、塩掛けて、つゆつけて、蕎麦の香りはニ八より際立ちますね(二つオーダーしたので比較できますよ)。これこれ旨い!天ぷらは、ゴーヤ?、那須、サツマイモ、南瓜、海老、人蔘、揚げたて熱々サクサクです。これまた旨い!
13:10蕎麦湯でリセット、13:15完食です。会計、現金のみ2,900円、美味しくいただきました。ご馳走様でした。
蕎麦線径をお聞きすると、計測していないけれど1mmくらいかなって、娘さん。では、切る専門?いいえ、全て(水回し、コネ、練る、畳む、切る)ですって。あれ、Instagramの「おばちゃんが手打ちする十割蕎麦」って娘さんなの。お父さんから、蕎麦粉で全然違いますよって。常陸秋蕎麦の玄そば使用とのこと。あと、天然水で練り上げ打つ、とありますので、充分手間掛けていますね。量少なくコスパ少し悪いところは、お赦しくださいませ(店主さんに成り代わって)。
