まず、りんご100%のフレッシュジュース。
漆塗りの箱膳。
米沢牛時雨煮

東北の魚 油ぼうず
秘伝豆豆腐
きゅうりの漬物
朝食も、地元山形の食材が、中心のお料理。
全て美味しくて、ご飯に合うおかずばかりでしたが、中でも、おかひじきのシャキシャキした食感が、印象的でした。
芋煮。
山形名物の芋煮
時期では無いですが、大好物の芋煮を、朝から食べる事が出来て、幸せでした。
ご飯は、南陽産のお米、つや姫。
自家製味噌のお味噌汁。
米を主食に育った放し飼い鶏卵、米コッコ卵の半熟卵。
卵にお醤油を垂らし、卵かけご飯にして、食べました。美味しい!
最後に、甘酒と自家製ブルベリーのジャムのせヨーグルトとさくらんぼ。
甘酒は、十種類の試飲の末、こちらに決めたものだそうです。
甘酒を普段飲まないのですが、飲みやすく、美味しく飲めました。
全て美味しく、頂きました。
