Onion pie warmed sautéed with butter topped with parmesan cheese ice cream is heavenly! Grilled fish is also to perfection - succulent in the meat and crispy with the skin. Of course the fish “isaki” itself is freshly delivered by a method known as nerve tightening. But to deliver this level of grilled fish requires some polished skills. Hats off to Chef Shiozawa. Fantastic staff and service. 山椒バターは香ばしくて旨すぎです！ ペティは粗挽き派で焼き加減もよく胡椒が効いて、その食感が好きです。柔らかいお肉をお求めしている方は合わないかもしれませんね。ポテトフライはパリパリ感が足りなく少し残念ですが…

神楽坂コースいただきました。 Highlight - サーモンパイ包み焼きの生地は軽くサクサクで、カレーソースでサーモンの匂いを丸くした。全体的重くなく美味しい - 鹿肉赤ワイン煮込み: 肉は柔らかいのに沁みることは料理人腕の証拠 - サービスはとても丁寧で良かった^_^ またお邪魔します

No.1 curry so far without doubt. Knew of this restaurant from AKOMEYA’s co-brand retort curry and already fascinated by it. From the ambience to the curry is work of craftsmanship. Rasam curry is a great recreation of the Southern India classic. Can taste tamarind and cumin with a classic tomato kick. The lamb keema begins with a clean aromatic nutmeg and cinnamon flavour with an Asian twist from mild Sichuan peppercorn. A very well crafted balance. Pleasant and attentive service.

Normally I find it difficult to rate yakitori because there isn’t any big difference among restaurants. This is special. Toge wowed me with the succulent chicken breast with shiso and lemon. And it didn’t stop there. The charcoal grill brings out the best flavours of chicken meat, and the master’s control of meat texture 焼き加減 is magnificent. Warm service. 牡蠣ジェノベーゼ パスタ生地の歯ごたえが良く、ジェノベーゼは重くなく塩加減は絶妙でした。 【限定】トリュフ半熟卵ピザ 期待した通り香ばしく、卵液をつけて食べたらもう止まらなくなります。生地はかなり膨らんできたのに、ふわふわの空気感があり全然重くないです。 サービスも丁寧、次出張に来た時再訪必須です。
