Normally I find it difficult to rate yakitori because there isn’t any big difference among restaurants. This is special. Toge wowed me with the succulent chicken breast with shiso and lemon. And it didn’t stop there. The charcoal grill brings out the best flavours of chicken meat, and the master’s control of meat texture 焼き加減 is magnificent. Warm service. 土器で蒸し料理専門店らしいです。普段蒸し野菜と違って、驚くほどみずみずしく、とっても美味でした。けど、それ以外の特徴はあまり思い出せなくて少し残念でした。せっかく雰囲気は良いし、大将も親切だし、日本酒のベーリングに加えてもう少し味付けや香りに工夫した方がいいかもしれません。偶々あっさりした食事したい際にまた行きたい店です。 - recommended for a fresh lightweight meal. Great service, staff and ambience. Good but slightly falls short of excellence.

熱燗専門のお店です。女将さんは丁寧で雰囲気が良く、一人でも入りやすいお店です。春菊サラダと下仁田葱炒めいただきました。
