・ニシンは甘酢が優しく、身も柔らかく食べやすい。
酢の物があまり得意でない私でもペロリと食べれた。
・湯葉と酒盗塩辛さの相性が抜群
・弾力抜群の煮凝りは、ふぐの皮がはいって上品

・広島産こだわりの出汁醤油を使っており、たっぷりつけても塩辛くない
◆一品(茶碗蒸し)
・プルップルで濃厚あんかけがたっぷり
◆和牛のローストビーフサラダ
・ローストビーフの概念が変わるほどの、サシの入った千葉県産黒毛和牛。シャキシャキの野菜とさっぱりした味付けで脂くどさを感じさせない
◆焼き物(鉄板焼き)
・スズキのポワレ
エシャロットとシャンパンを使用したクリームソースは、優しい味付けで素材の良さを引き立てる
・鮑
肉厚でサイズもデカい鮑は、火を通しすぎずプリップリで弾力のある身。ジェノベーゼソースも格別。
お皿の中で起こすフランベは香りづけと、インパクト両方で感動
・焼き野菜
生でも食べれる茄子やカボチャなど。
とくに印象だったのが万願寺甘とうがらし。
◆肉焼き
・A5黒毛和牛サーロインは想像よりもボリューミーでグランド塩で脂の甘さが引き立つ。
ワサビも辛くないので、口の中をさっぱりしたい時にオススメ。

・ゴボウと山菜の炊き込みご飯はツヤツヤもちもち
・赤だし味噌汁は、ワカメとお麩でシンプルに
・いぶりがっこは歯ごたえも香りも強かった
