やってきました!お正月!大春に来ると新しい年を迎えたんだなと思います。いっつもあたたかく迎えてくれる大将とお母さん、素敵過ぎる。
今回は短期決戦でした、12時頃着いて14時半の船で帰ることにしたため詰め込みました。
ヒラメのお造りは大きくてえんがわはもちろん美味ですが、尻尾の方と頭の方で弾力も味も違って面白かったです。フグの唐揚げもサクサクカリカリで中身はふわっふわでちょうど良い塩味。牡蠣は焼きでいただきましたが間違いない。大好物の白子ぽん酢はあと4皿は食べれた。エビフライも身がブリブリで満足度高すぎます。
そして、答志島の宝、トロさわら。今日もありました、言葉は要りません。本当に美味しいです。
