福山へ来たらここは外せない〝自由軒〟 今回は〝自由軒カツ〟をお目当てに ちいちいいかの酢味噌と おでんは大根、厚揚げ、そして関西ならではのスジ。 どれも美味しい。 このお店の穏やかな雰囲気が大好き。 また来ます。 ご馳走様でした！ When I come to Fukuyama, I can't miss "Jiyuken" This time, for "Jiyuken cutlet" A small amount of vinegared miso and oden with daikon radish, deep-fried tofu, and Kansai-style beef tendon All are delicious. ニューヨークから友人夫婦が来日したので、日本の古い家屋好きの彼らのために大好きなコチラへお連れした。友人夫婦もとても喜んでくれて良かった。

太田和彦さんが紹介していて前から行きたかったお店。予約して訪問。老舗の故なのか店内が穏やかでとても居心地が良い。丁寧に調理されたお料理がどれも美味しい。次回は日本の古い家屋が大好きなニューヨーカーの友人を連れて伺いたい。

2回目の訪問。家庭料理と謳っているけど盛り付けもとても繊細で美しく何を食べても美味しかった。特に〝金目鯛の煮付け〟がお酒のアテにピッタリ。店主はじめ女将さんのフレンドリーな接客も心地よくまた訪れたいお店。ご馳走様でした。

町中華のオムライスを求めて家から歩いてコチラへ。家族経営なのかなぁ…厨房から聞こえて来る会話がなんとも微笑ましい。しっかり炒めたチキンライスがとても美味しいオムライスでした。また伺います。ご馳走様でした。

It's already the season for year-end parties...my favorite local izakaya, "Kuruma-ya". We started with beer and warmed up the sake "Ryozeki". お肉の種類は一種類。人数分のブロック肉を焼いて頃合いを見計らってお店の人が切ってくれる…このタイミングが絶妙。お酒も自分で勝手に取りに行くとてもシンプルなシステムがとても心地よい。お肉はもちろん、漬けだれがメチャクチャ美味しい。お店の人もとてもフレンドリー。明洞のメインの通りから少し裏に入った場所にある。またぜひ訪れたい。

昨日の立ち飲み。 前から気になっていたイタリアン・バル 色々な料理をちょっとずつ食べる事が出来る立ち飲み。 酒飲みには堪らない天国のような空間。 まるでイタリアのバルにいるかのよう そして料理が全て美味い。 今度は友人を伴って来たいお店。 ご馳走様でした！ Yesterday's standing bar.
