福山へ来たらここは外せない〝自由軒〟 今回は〝自由軒カツ〟をお目当てに ちいちいいかの酢味噌と おでんは大根、厚揚げ、そして関西ならではのスジ。 どれも美味しい。 このお店の穏やかな雰囲気が大好き。 また来ます。 ご馳走様でした！ When I come to Fukuyama, I can't miss "Jiyuken" This time, for "Jiyuken cutlet" A small amount of vinegared miso and oden with daikon radish, deep-fried tofu, and Kansai-style beef tendon All are delicious. 太田和彦さんが紹介していて前から行きたかったお店。予約して訪問。老舗の故なのか店内が穏やかでとても居心地が良い。丁寧に調理されたお料理がどれも美味しい。次回は日本の古い家屋が大好きなニューヨーカーの友人を連れて伺いたい。

昨日の忘年会。 もう忘年会の季節…地元で大好きな居酒屋〝車屋〟。 #何時もの一杯 から始まって日本酒は〝両関〟をぬる燗で このお店は何を食べてもとても美味しいけど 〝鯖の一本寿し〟は外せない 招いた友人達も美味しいと言ってくれて私もとても嬉しくなった。 ご馳走様でした！また、伺います。 Yesterday's year-end party. It's already the season for year-end parties...my favorite local izakaya, "Kuruma-ya". We started with beer and warmed up the sake "Ryozeki". Everything you eat at this restaurant is delicious, but the "Saba Ippon Sushi" is a must. My friends who I invited also said it was delicious, which made me very happy. Thanks for the meal!
