【感想】
新鮮な熊肉や山菜だけではなく、鰻やホンモロコといった琵琶湖が育む食材がふんだんに使われており、比良山荘までわざわざ行った甲斐があったと思います。珍味という側面もあるため、頻繁に訪れたいとまでは言えませんが、忘れた頃に再訪したいと思います。
