今回1番感動したのは

川嶋さんのスゴイ所の一つが
お出汁への拘り
それが存分に味わえるお椀だったと思います
そしてレアのずわい蟹
しっとりみずみずしく
何この食感
美味しすぎでしょ
あー、でも八寸の
澤野牛蒡の7日炊きも美味しかった
絶滅しそうなお野菜
澤野牛蒡を使って7日間炊き続けると
自然とキャラメリゼされて
コクのある甘さに
あと、カレーライスの蟹バージョン
ガニーライスもめちゃくちゃよかった
結局1番なんて決めれないですわ
どれもこれも美味しかったです
