青森のレストランは素晴らしいお店が多い!毎年仕事で春から夏に青森に行って、昨年まではエヴィエさんにお邪魔して感動していましたが、今回はこちらのお店に。
GWの谷間に予約してお邪魔しました。ちょいと古めの飲み屋ビルの二階にあります。店内はカウンターだけの目配り気配りが行き渡る大きさ。
この季節の北国は山菜が、山ウド、ヘマガリタケ、行者にんにく、こごみ、山わさび等々たくさん出回ります。それを地元のイノシシや鴨、甘鯛、トゲクリガニなどと合わせたお皿でした。どれも本当に丁寧に作ってあって感動しました。
メインの鴨は青森県新郷村の柔らかく味の濃いお肉でふきのとう味噌でマリネしてあり無茶美味かったです。
ワインもペアリングを頼んだらそれぞれの料理に合うワインをあれこれ出してくれ、楽しく過ごしました。
次回は妻も連れていきます。ごちそうさまでした。
