瀬戸内海の伯方島にあるここでしか鮨が食べれる赤吉。凄腕の漁師の藤本氏が仕立てる良質な白身が食べられる。真鯛の身は飴色に輝いている。良質な筋肉と清らかでさっぱりした脂を楽しめる。最高峰の真鯛を学べた。その他にも白甘鯛やさわら、かわはぎはどれも本当に質が高い。かわはぎの肝は最高に美味しい。地物の紫うにも香り高い海苔に負けずめっちゃ美味しい。つまみもどれもめっちゃ美味しい。赤瀬大将はお話しが本当に面白い。北欧に行った時のオーロラの写真を見せてくれた。ぜひまた絶対に行きたい特別なお店だ!
