静岡蕎麦ツアー最後の〆は富士宮の一閑人でした。約2年ぶりの再訪です。
1軒めの藪蕎麦宮本、2軒めのながいけ、間にチョイチョイはさみつつの3軒目になりました。
1日の蕎麦屋3軒は人生初ですが、こんなにもお店によって特色が違うものなのかと驚きの連続でした。
夜に伺い、ツマミを交えつつ4人でいただいたのはこんなお料理でした。

・ぬか漬け
・出汁巻き玉子
・丸芋揚げ
・牛すじ肉のそば湯炊き
・天盛り

この日1日でお蕎麦の経験値が跳ね上がったような気がしますが
やはり一番好きなお蕎麦屋さんはここだな~としみじみ思ったのでした。
思い出しても、もう行きたい!

1泊二日の富士宮紀行。今回は友人と5人で。
富士宮駅から大きなタクシーに5人で乗って行ったのですが、なんと20分ちょっとで到着できました。(お会計も1人1000円ちょっと♪)
今回は早めに到着できたので昼、夜、さらに翌日の昼と3食もお料理が味わえて本当に幸せでした。

富士宮駅からバス停「峠の茶屋前」へは、バスに乗って約40分(汗)、片道740円というなかなかパンチの効いた片道運賃で今回またも一閑人&峠の茶屋にお邪魔してきました。
前回レビューで「自家用車でしか行けない」と書きましたが、ちゃんと富士宮駅からバスが出ていましたね。
今日のBGMは小野リサです(笑)そしてまたも3000円のコース料理をお願いしました。
・前菜3品(おぼろ豆腐、鰻の飯蒸し、牡蠣の煮込み)
・そばがき
・牛すじ肉のそば湯炊き
・天ぷら盛り合わせ(竹の子芋が絶品!)
・峰岡豆腐(牛乳プリン)
納豆そばがあまりにも美味しすぎて恋焦がれていたけれど、味わったことの無いお蕎麦も食べたいし、ということで納豆そばは友人から分けてもらうにとどめ、新メニュー(名称不明)のお蕎麦をお願いしました。
辛い佃煮と辛味大根を使ったおそばでしゃきっとした辛さが印象的。
デザートの峰岡豆腐、友人から味見させてもらった親子丼もすごく美味しい。
散々飲んで、そのままお隣の民宿・峠の茶屋のおふとんに潜り込んでぐっすりという幸せな夜をすごしたのでした。

6月頃、静岡に遊びに行ってきました。
これまで朝霧JAMやSLS等の音楽フェスで静岡に行く機会はあったものの、こうやって純粋に美味しいものを食べに静岡に来たのは今回がはじめてでした。
途中で見かけた「まかいの牧場」という牧場名に無駄にドキドキしたのが記憶に新しいです。(漢字が”馬飼野”と気付いたのはずっと後のことでした。)
こちらのお蕎麦屋さんは「峠の茶屋」という趣のある民宿に併設されていますが、お蕎麦屋さん自体は新築オープンして1年経っておらずピッカピカです。今回は友人と一緒に峠の茶屋に宿泊したこともあって、晩ごはんと、翌日お昼ごはんの計2回お邪魔しました。
BGMは小野リサではなく1日目はビョーク、2日目はアンサリーでした。飲食店でビョークは初めて聴きました(笑)
夜のコース料理は3000円のものを。
最初になんとも鮮やかな前菜5品の盛り合わせが出てきました。焼きしいたけ、チーズの味噌漬け、玉子焼き、ぜんまいの煮物、茄子の煮物!これがもうどれもこれも美味しい。日本酒にもよく合います。
期待感が高まる中、そばがき、地鶏の網焼き、京水菜のサラダ、天ぬきが続きます。天ぬきは「天ぷらそばのそば抜き」みたいなお料理なんですが、面白いですね。
お蕎麦は粗挽きそばと生粉打ちせいろの2種類を味わいました。まずはお塩で味わって、その後は麺つゆで。ウマイ。特に粗引きそばの香りがたまりません。蕎麦湯もこれまでで味わった中で一番といっていいくらい美味しかったです。
デザートの牛乳プリン的なものまで美味しくいただきました。
日本酒と一緒にいただくおつまみとお蕎麦は幸せですね。
ひとつ難点があるとすれば、最寄りの富士宮駅からはかなりの距離があり(タクシーだとどれくらい掛かっちゃうかしら?)、現実的に考えて自家用車でしか行けない立地という点でしょうか。でもこれは頑張って行って損の無い素敵なお店だと思います。
翌日のお昼ごはんは納豆そばと野菜の天ぷらを。
納豆そばは、粗挽きそばの上に納豆、ねぎ、鰹節、のり、温泉玉子がのっています。鰹節は削りたて、生わさびはすりたてで出してくれたのにはびっくりしました。
野菜の天ぷらもすごく美味しいです。素材のよさと料理人の腕と。これで500円はかなり安いと思います。
この界隈の「1000円超えランチ」というのがどう受け止められているのかは分からないのですが、手間や素材を考えると安いような気がします。
それからお蕎麦の「大盛り」を出していないお店を初めて目の当たりにしました。冷やし蕎麦であっても時間が経つと麺がのびてしまうそうで、量を頼みたい場合は「汁なしそば」を追加で頼むことになるみたいです。(次回ためしたい!)
お料理の美味しさに感動しつつ東京へ戻ったわけですが、ご主人が渋谷の清山で長年腕を振るっていたとのことで、すぐに何度か伺いました。が、静岡の味に想いが募る一方です。
この界隈の名物・吉田うどん、富士宮やきそば、そしてお店でいえば御殿場のバヤンや佐鳴湖畔のエスケリータなどなど、「行きたいけどいつ行こうかin静岡」なお店がちょこちょこあるのですが、今回めでたくその第1歩となったような気がします。10月にまたお蕎麦を味わいに伺います!
