2017年2月
もう今年で8年目となった、カリフォルニアでの一か月のバカンスを終えて、須本シェフは元気いっぱいです。
今年はトウラジョアブランドの赤ワイン白ワインを250本ずつ(24ケース)作ってきたそうで、夏くらいから飲めそうです。
清課堂特注の銀の箸や箸置き、アンティークの茶碗、ライオールに送って磨きなおした肉用ナイフなどが揃って、いよいよ始動です(^o^)すべてのグッズにはトウラジョアのロゴが入っていて、これは奥さんデザインだそうです。ワインのラベルもどんなものになるか楽しみですね!
今回は、昨年二月の4種のコンソメとは正反対に、濃厚昆布出汁や鰹出汁など和風テーストの料理が多かったです。ワインは須本さんがカリフォルニアからわざわざ手持ちで持ってきたフラワーズのシャルドネ"キャンプ・ミーティング・リッジ"!!!を開けていただきました。素晴らしい白ワインで、料理との相性も良く幸せな一日を過ごしました。
