行きたかった讃岐うどんのお店を初訪問できました。
日曜日の12時過ぎ、店外に数組待ちでした。
ウェイティングリストに名前を書いて待つこと15分ほどでカウンター席へご案内。
「釜玉うどん(650円)」と単品の「かしわ天5個(360円)」を頼み、10分ほどで来ました。
うどんは底からよく混ぜて頂きます。
麺が半熟卵と絡んでもったりと持ち上がります。
腰はあるけど柔らかめでモチモチっとして快感の喉越しです。
途中で天かす(頼んだら出してくれます)をかけて風味を変えて楽しみました。
かしわ天は揚げ立てのサクサクです。
スライスされたむね肉がとても柔らかい。
軽く塩味がつけてあるのでそのままで十分美味しいです。
腰が柔らかめでモチモチした弾力の美味しい讃岐うどんでした。
今度は、温かい出汁のうどんを頂きたいな…
